At times a user might face an issue where imported stores don’t appear on the store locator map.
This issue can be caused by a few things which will be discussed in this article. Furthermore, if you are facing a similar problem, please try the following solutions.
Solution 1 #
Firstly, make sure you have refreshed or disable the Fast Cache from “ASL Settings”.

Secondly, one of the main reasons why stores don’t appear is because there might be some issues with their coordinates. Therefore, check the “Manage Stores” section and see the store count. In addition, make sure all the stores have Lat/Lng values assigned, you can do that by clicking on the “Validate Coordinates” button.
Solution 3 #
Lastly, the issue could be happening because a low store limit value is preventing some stores from being displayed. For example, if the user has imported 100 stores, and the store limit is set to 50, only half of the stores will be displayed on the map. Therefore, make sure the proper store limit is applied so that all the stores appear on the map. To do this please follow the below steps:
- Go to “ASL Settings”
- Navigate to the “Store Limit” section and put in an appropriate value
Hopefully one of these solutions will work on correcting the issue of some stores not displaying.
