In case a user is having problems with the store locator that they can’t correct, all they have to do is send us a screenshot of the console tab so that we will be able to provide them with the necessary support
Moreover, please follow the below steps to take the proper screenshot:
- On the store locator page press F12
- Click on the “Console” tab that appears at the bottom of the page
- Refresh the page and take a screenshot of the whole screen
