Changing the User Location Marker Image

Agile Store Locator provides our users with the option to change the style of the user location marker. Furthermore, changing the appearance of a geolocation marker on the map is a very simple procedure. The below shortcode  is used to change the geolocation marker style:

[ASL_STORELOCATOR geo_marker_id="151"]

Changing the number at the end of the shortcode changes the marker style.

In the above code, “151” is the marker ID. Therefore, the above shortcode changes the marker color from default to green, as shown in the image below.

How to Remove the User Location Marker #

Users are also able to remove the user location marker if they want. Furthermore, please follow the below steps to do so:

  1. Go to “ASL Settings”
  2. Uncheck the “Location Marker” option 
remove user location
Uncheck “Location Marker”

Once “Location Marker” is unchecked, the user’s current location will no longer appear on the map
