The Flat Rate Shipping by Store feature in the Multi-Store Addons for WooCommerce plugin allows you to define unique flat-rate shipping fees for each store location.
No longer are you restricted to a single flat rate across all stores—now you can offer tailored shipping costs based on the specific store selected by the customer.

- Navigate to Multi Store Addons for WooCommerce.
- Go to the Flat Rate (Store Rate) tab.
- Toggle on the Store Shipping Rate option.
Step 2 – Set Flat Rate Fees Per Store #
Once enabled, you can assign individual flat-rate fees to each store:
- Go to the Agile Store Locator plugin.
- Click Manage Stores.
- Choose one of the following:
- Click New Store to add a new location.
- Click the Edit icon on an existing store.
- In the Edit Store screen, switch to the WooCommerce tab.
- Enter the desired flat-rate fee in the Store Rate field.
