- 2- Widget Hook Position
This document will explain 2 features of the “Products” tab in the “Multi-Store Addons for WooCommerce” plugin.
- Location-Wise Price Management
- Store Widget Hook Position
1- Price Management Feature #
Store Visibility Feature #
Before we begin, there is one feature we need to cover in the “Global” tab of Multi Store Addons for WooCommerce. The “Store Visibility” Feature.
The “Store Visibility” feature (in the “Global” tab) determines which of your stores will be displayed on your website.
- Product Store – This option will only display stores that have a product in stock on your website
- All Stores – This option will display all stores regardless of whether a product is in stock or not on your website
Show All Store Locations by Selecting the “All Stores” option #
Selecting the “All Stores” option will display all your stores on your website. In addition, the product price (and stock) in all your locations will be unified i.e. price of each of your products in all your stores will be the same value.
For example, if product “A” has a stock is 20 and its price is $9.99, then this price will be displayed in all your stores for product “A”. Moreover, this product will have a unified stock of 20 units that will be accounted from all your stores.
Note: Selecting the “All Stores” option will lock the “Price Management” and “Stock Management” features on the “Products” tab.
Show Select Stores by Selecting the “Product Stores” Option #
Selecting the “Product Store” option in “Store Visibility” will only show stores that have products in stock on your website. In addition, the “Product Store” option also gives you the option to either:
- Unify your stock values and prices across all stores for each product by selecting the “Global” option
- Or you can set different stock values and prices for each product across all your stores by choosing the “Location” option
Selecting the “Product Stores” option will unlock the “Stock Management” and “Price Management” features in the “Products” tab.
Therefore, if you want to show different prices for the same product in different stores, you will first need to select the “All Stores” option from the “Stores Visibility” feature in the “Global” tab. In addition, you will need to choose the “Location” option in the “Price Management feature”
Global Price Management #
If you would like to set a unified price for each product in all your stores then you will need to:
- Select the “Product Store” option from the “Store Visibility” feature in the Global tab
- Choose the “Global” option from the “Price Management” feature in the “Products” tab
Location-Wise Price Management #
This option allows users to change the price of a product for different locations. For example, in location “A” you might have a certain product that costs $5, while the same product costs $7 in location “B”
To display different prices for different store locations, please follow the below steps:

Part 3 – Set Different Prices for the Same Product in Different Locations #

- Note: Location-wise pricing only works with simple or variable products
- Select a product and click on the “Edit” button
- Scroll down to the “Locations” tab, click on it and a list of your store locations will appear
- Click on the “Edit” button for the location where you want to set a variable price
- Enter information in the “Stock”, “Store Price”, and “Store Sale Price” (optional)
- Click on “Save” and then click on “Close”
- Repeat steps 5 – 7 for additional locations for the same product
- Repeat the process (steps 3 – 7) for any additional product for which you want to set location-wise prices
Once you are done, your product will now have different prices for the locations that you have selected.
2- Widget Hook Position #
This option allows users to change the position of a widget on the product page.
To enable this option, please follow the below steps:
- Go to the “Agile Stores Addons for WooCommerce” plugin on Agile Store Locator
- Go to the “Products” tab, and select a widget hook position from the drop-down menu
The widget hook will change its position depending on your selection.
That concludes our short introduction to the “Products” tab.
